Local Area
The local towns of Knutsford, Altrincham and Hale offer good shopping and exquisite easteries. The local public houses in Ashley and the adjacent village of Mobberley also provide tasty meals and some good beers – well worth a visit!

Alrincham
Altrincham is a busy town with lots of great nightlife and a wide variety of pubs and clubs to visit. It also provides host to many fine eateries, both take-away and quality restaurants to choose from. There is a great shopping district that provides an alternative to traveling into Manchester to take in some retail therapy!

Access to Altrincham is via a short drive, or is two stops away from Ashley rail station. There is a fine municiple golf course, details of which can be found here.

Hale
Hale is a small town located en route from Ashley to Altrincham, and is the next stop to Ashley on the rail network. It's a great place to eat out of an evening, with an abundance of high-class restaurants.

Knutsford
Knutsford, a charming Cheshire town less than 5 miles away from Sugar Brook Farm, also holds a number of attractions. These include a number of fine reseraunts offering cuisine from around the world, a cinema, and of course Tatton Park. Tatton Park in particular is well worth a visit if you have the time.

Mobberley
Mobberley village plays host to a number of local places of interest. There are several picturesque public houses in Mobberley, many of which serve fantastic traditional meals, and all are within a short drive of Sugar Brook Farm. Some noteworthy establishments are:
